I did a big radio show a few days ago that has about 20 million listeners worldwide. This resulted in a huge influx of new members to our site, and the realization that there were some things wrong with the amember set up (my own fault). I sent David an urgent e-mail asking for help, expecting him to get back to me the next day. But to my surprise, he got back to me immediately and was able to help me resolve these issues over the phone, even though it was after 11 PM in Singapore. In my opinion, having David as our membership resource lets me sleep at night. If you have a membership site and you don't have a membership with David, good luck!
