A little about David

Originally from New York, I have been living in Japan for a little over 10 years. 

Everyone always asks me how I came to live here, and I think back to when I was in college. I went to school in upstate New York, and would often meet people who had graduated and were living in this really cold small town. They were doing odd jobs, like pizza delivery etc.. and I would wonder, of all the places you could be doing that, why here?

So after graduating college and working the 9-6 game for 3 years at a small company I decided to change the course of my life. I wanted to see the world, and kept an eye out for a cheap backpackers ticket to Europe or Asia. A ticket to Japan came up and I jumped on it- Leaving my old world behind and starting new in a foreign country.

And as it happens, time goes by... So here I am 10 years later, doing my own thing online, living in an exotic country and loving it! Since living here, I've been to Korea and Thailand numerous times, China, Australia and Saipan. Still trying to get to Maldives to go diving!
