Beginners with some PHP knowledge can install, but for customization, I recommend it for intermediate and advanced users.

Very well made CMS system. An offshot of mambo, it is more up to date and with more components and modules.

 
You can add functionality, such as forums, revies, voting, surveys, etc...

Recommended for intermediate to advanced users.

There are many plugins/modules avaialble to extend the funtionalit.

Because of its popularity, Wordpress has become a target of hack attacks. You do need to keep it updated regulary.
