I really like the aMember software and although I had a few little issues with getting it all working, aMember support is fantastic, one of the best. I highly recommend aMember

I thought the install and setup was clear. The videos on this site really helped me out. I did have to deal a little with their customer service which was quick. Think I received a reply in about 12 hours. The reply was not from a native speaker but I could understand it well enough. I looked at some other software and decided on aMember because of the price and ability to integrate with so many 3rd party softwares like wordpress, and phpbb. I'm quite happy with it so far.

I have aMember running on 3 sites now, including this one. Alex (the creator) did a nice job of customizeation on one of the sites, a weekly education based site. He or his team are pretty quick to respond to inquires and have helped me out a lot with my specific needs. The software took a little bit of time to customize to fit my templates, but almost all the code is editable. You can do a lot of your own customizations to it. I haven't had any problems with it taking up resources on my server. I use a virtual private server.
