Too complicated

I am a user of Fantasos and am abandoning it in favor of aMember. Technical support is excellent, but is restricted to software defects, which may or may not be obvious as software defects to an ordinary user. Documentation and user support lack simplicity and clarity. In addition, the software developer has opted to take advantage of "volunteers" for documentation rather than retaining a professional technical writer to create a set of usable manuals. Seems a bit of a shame for a product priced at approximately $3,000. A serious search of forums and contacts with other users will provide additional feedback from frustrated user/buyers.
